By making a purchase from my webshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Product Information
My screen-printed, limited edition products are created manually, and as such, small imperfections or irregularities are part of the process. Each item may feature slight variations in the design, color, and finish. These variations, including minor print imperfections (such as slight misalignments, color inconsistencies, or other screen-printing anomalies), are an inherent part of the handcrafting process and should not be considered defects, but rather, they are part of the charm of owning a handmade item. Due to the limited edition nature of my products, each item is unique, and minor variations from the product photos are to be expected. Purchasing from my webshop, you acknowledge and accept these natural imperfections. These are not grounds for complaints or returns.
I strive to provide accurate representations of our products, but please note that colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to variations in display settings. These differences in color will not be grounds for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
2. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because all products are handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to minor print errors, color discrepancies, or slight imperfections in the products. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before making your purchase to ensure you are comfortable with the nature of the item.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect (as described below), please refer to my policy on faulty or damaged products.
3. Faulty or Damages Products
If you receive a product that is significantly damaged or has a defect that is not part of the expected outcome of handmade items (such as a wrongly assembled booklets, severe screen-printing errors, or damage during shipping), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund. The decision will be made based on the extent of the issue and our assessment of the product's condition.
Please note that minor print errors, small misalignments, or slight color variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
4. Shipping And Delivery
I strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, please bear in mind that all orders are processed and all items are packaged and dispatched by me personally, so processing times may vary (striving for 1-3 business days), between Monday and Friday. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on where you order from and will be sent with PostNL or DPD.
Once your order is processed (striving for 1-3 business days) you will receive a Track&Trace link via mail.
Please note that I am not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by external factors such as postal services or customs. Once the product is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images displayed on Janna Ullrich’s webshop are the intellectual property of Janna Ullrich’s webshop and are protected under Dutch copyright law. Any reproduction, use, or distribution of the content without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Janna Ullrich’s webshop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any products sold through our webshop. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or any other loss resulting from the use of our products.
7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our webshop after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
